Modified Thorington Card

Features: 

• Card includes one horizontal row and one vertical row of letters.  
• When the hole in the card is illuminated, the patient holds a Maddox rod over their eye and reports the location of the line on the card.  In this way, the extent of the phoria can be measured. 
• Dimensions: 4.75 by 5.5 inches.
