Shipping & Return Policy


All shipments are F.O.B. Seller's facility in Joliet, IL, or other shipment points designated by Seller. Buyer shall pay all shipping costs. Shipments will be made in any reasonable manner at the discretion of the Seller unless other shipping arrangements have been made and agreed upon.


The return policy is Thirty (30) Days from receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Custom and personalized items have limitations and restrictions and are subject to additional fees or are ineligible for return. To inquire about a return, please contact Pioneer International at [email protected] for eligibility and a Return Authorization Number. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Pioneer International recommends utilizing a shipping service that comes with insurance. In the event that the package is lost during transit, a claim can be processed with the carrier to reimburse the cost of the item. Pioneer International is unable to issue refunds for items that do not arrive.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the item is received and approved for return, Pioneer International will send an email notification with details in regards to a refund.

If the item is not approved for return, the item may be shipped back at the expense of the buyer. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within (5) business days of receipt.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once the item(s) has been received and approved for exchange, the difference in cost will charged, or refunded, and applied towards the exchange. In-stock items will ship within two (2) business days.
